I ordered new tyres; tyres were delivered completely devoid of the manufacturer's label, showing very conspicuous signs of previous fitting on a vehicle and having a manufacturing date of the 23rd week of 2023. Needless to say, I have the unpleasant impression of having been wronged, and the customer service I contacted was unpleasant and unresponsive to all my remarks and observations.
Tyres are quite adequate on mountain and flat roads, good value for money. Let's see about durability over time.

Hello, after many requests for the return of the tyres (215/70 R16), I asked for a free return as they do not fit my alloy wheels. At the same time, I would have ordered the correct tyres (225/55 R18). Unfortunately, this was not approved! It's a shame there was no willingness to accommodate, I will certainly never order anything from this company again!
Everything is fine, except for the delivery person who threw the tyres into the building entrance! Fortunately, a neighbour secured them.
