I have been using these 4 Maxxis since October 2024, and after more than 4000km (France/Netherlands), I can say that they are perfect. Very stable in corners (dry/wet), no nervous behaviour at high speeds (wandering etc.). After driving with Nexen for 4 winters, this is a great set to buy in terms of price, noise, and fuel consumption.
No negatives so far.
Good tyre. Price-performance is okay. Would buy it again at any time.
Extremely loud rolling noise, otherwise qualitatively average.
There is no reason to further recommend this tire, it is indirect and very loud. It also had to be rebalanced twice within the first 600 km. On dry roads, you have the feeling in fast-driven curves that the vehicle wants to turn. This can certainly be due to the high weight of my vehicle, but I didn't have this problem with the previous tire with completely identical specifications. The grip on snowy roads is okay both when braking and starting. My conclusion: Cheap, but for me, a Maxxis winter tire is no longer an option.
Very good tyre, good grip on snow.
Valid tyres at a good price
Great tyres, very grippy even in wet conditions.
Good tyre for the money
Very satisfied
