Never received my order, problem with the carrier, false signature on the delivery note. It was my second experience on this site, I was delighted with the first experience. But if they don't take measures with their subcontractors for delivery, it's problematic. Pity. However, the customer service is not bad! They at least respond and look for solutions.

Tyres not compliant with the indicated size: the tread is only 110 mm for a 165 tyre. Return refused as I only noticed this defect after mounting on the rim but without fitting on the vehicle. A lost customer.
Tires not mounted and not unpacked. Product not compliant! Sold as 165, the tread measures only 13 centimeters!!! Subject of a complaint with a return request for exchange! Because I believe that according to the law, this product does not match the advertisement. I expect a quick resolution and effective consideration. I have proposed the exchange at the delivery location of the next tires. But this consideration is dragging on... Sincerely
