No Alpine sign & for returning they want €100. Never again!
I had a bad experience with this company. The tyres do not have the Alpine symbol. It is forbidden to drive without the Alpine symbol in winter in Germany. I have been trying for a month to return the goods and get my money back, but there are still problems...
I didn't know my Volvo could be so quiet, the previous tires turned out to be extremely noisy while I thought it was due to the 4wd. The test showed that the Pirellis were already very quiet at 68 db while most tires make 73 db of noise. I chose Pirelli based on the 68 db from the test and it is now truly whisper quiet when driving. Also, the tire is much more flexible, softer! that provides a tremendous amount of extra comfort. All in all, a great purchase.
We ordered and paid for two tires, but only received one. Lack of seriousness and negligence in the package delivery. At the time of delivery, there was no employee at our company's address, so the DPD delivery person decided to sign the receipt themselves and left the tire in front of the company's door. If one of our employees had been present at that moment, they would have refused the package, but now we have been having issues with getting a refund for more than a month.
Good value for money, after several tests the Pirelli is the best. I have been fitting it for several years and I won't change for the moment.
