The purchase worked very well. I can't say much about the tyres yet.

Good impression but a bit early for a more precise opinion.

After a month of use, including on snowy roads (where a winter tyre really needs to show its qualities), I am satisfied with the tyre. The rolling noise is moderate, and it performs as it should on both wet and dry roads - namely, it rolls. The appearance is also fitting. I cannot yet comment on lifespan and fuel consumption (to Tyre Leader: a field for "cannot be rated" should be added for this reason. And regarding the points on wet, dry roads and stability: I am neither a rally nor a racing driver, so I cannot provide a meaningful response here).

Only 1000 km with these new Wintrac Pro+, but this is now the 4th winter I've been driving with Wintrac and the performance is very satisfactory.

Order lost and difficult to communicate with customer service. Order finally arrived a month later without any notification.

Tyres are perfectly satisfactory.

I am satisfied with this tire, called to replace two tires of the same type and brand. However, the delivery was extremely laborious, taking 2 to 3 times longer than with my usual suppliers. The contact with your services was extremely laborious, as well as the information from DPD. Despite several complaints, you never bothered to inform me within acceptable timeframes. The product is good, the supplier less satisfactory. The delivery tracking was completely non-existent, even erroneous. Compared to previous orders with some of your competitors, the result is disastrous. I will not repeat the same experience, for a saving of a few francs, which has cost me more than CHF 50.--, in searches, phone calls, emails, and complaints.

Great service. Fast shipping. I can't say much about the tyres as I have them relatively new. However, I have already noticed slightly higher consumption.
