This tyre was already fitted when I acquired the vehicle. I have never achieved a mileage of 10,000 km before. I have been satisfied with it so far and have therefore decided to choose it again. Previously, I always rode a R1200GS LC with Michelin tyres. They weren't bad either, but they never achieved the mileage of the Battlax. However, the Battlax has a disadvantage for self-installers like me: it is very hard on the sidewalls and is very difficult to mount. It was easier with the Michelin tyres. Otherwise, the Battlax is absolutely fine.
My last A41 rear tyre lasted 14,700KM. Very reliable tyre. Fits well with my machine.
In my opinion, the tyre offers a very good price-performance ratio, but the noise level is relatively loud; it lasted 8,500 km at the front and 11,300 km at the rear. I have fitted it again; I am satisfied with it for now.

Never before have I managed 10,000 km with a motorcycle tyre. The Battlax did it. A downside: I only mount the tyres myself with a simple mounting device. Mounting the rear tyre was just about manageable. I couldn't manage the front tyre. I had it mounted. The sidewalls on the Battlax are so stiff, making it very difficult to mount with a simple mounting device. That's my experience. Otherwise, I think the tyre is great. PS: I have enough experience in mounting motorcycle tyres without difficulties, but the Battlax for the BMW R12xxGS is a challenge. I will buy it again, but I won't mount it myself anymore. Otherwise, a clear recommendation to buy.
