Very good in the normal version. A bit slippery in the wet in the Dakar version (Dakar version: they last longer but are not as efficient in the wet)

For me, currently the best compromise tyre for my GasGas ES 700. I ride 30% on-road, 70% off-road with it.

It is a tyre for off-road, suitable for the road although it is soft and wears out quickly but has a lot of traction, it is a trail tyre for linking roads and off-road.

It is a good tyre but they have all become expensive because they are all made in low-wage countries, so it's a cash register for the manufacturer and sellers.

The peculiarity of this tire, unique in its kind, is that it is knobby for off-road use but with a speed rating that other specialized off-road tires do not reach (and which, if required on the registration certificate, as in my case, cannot be mounted). The alternatives to this tire with the same speed rating are all designed for light off-road use, like white roads or slightly more. This is the reason why I chose it.

The goal was to ride through the mud with a loaded T7, and it really does the job well. Rear tire at 150/70 R18 with 1.3 bar, front tire at 90/90 R21 with 1.4 bar. Never got stuck, never had to clear out mud, the tires are effective, no doubt about it. On dry ground (compacted dusty terrain), nothing to report, they do the job. In thick, sticky clay, they grip well, same in deep mud/deep puddles or grass. They handle stones perfectly. On dry asphalt, once warm and clean (without mud), it almost feels like riding with road tires: you can lean and push even though they remain off-road tires. On wet asphalt, it's a bit less confident but not alarming. The tire heats up quickly. However, the downsides: - The rear wears out quite quickly, I must have done 2500 km, mostly in mud, and the rear is starting to have less "radical" treads. - The front feels vague and wobbles around 100/130 km/h depending on the wind on the highway, forcing you to slow down (the Scorpion STR set doesn't do this). - The rear developed a perpendicular tear along a knob after a somewhat long off-road trip (about 600 km) involving mud and stones, so I'm parting with it even though it still has some rubber left to wear. - Under heavy braking on dry ground, the rear slips quickly (stock rear brake of the T7) and the front vibrates a bit at the beginning. Good tire, I will probably get the Dakar version for the rear to avoid the tear.

I received them quickly. The tire is working very well, even on asphalt.

I love this tire! After over 3000km of off-road riding in Greece, it's still only halfway worn. (I have an 800GS) With its knobs on the side, it corrects all the small mistakes whether in mud, ruts, or even when you lose the front in rolling terrain. However, be careful on wet roads, you need to take it easy. If you've never tried it, go for it and form your own opinion!

Purchased to have more grip in mud but without sacrificing road performance for an off-road tire. I am very satisfied: much more lateral grip in mud but no noticeable grip loss on the road. Have not yet driven on really wet weather on the road.

Quality price and durability the best for TRAIL. Very good performance.
